Important small parts fit in the lid pocket: for city strolling, you simply take them off, use them as a shoulder bag and leave the large backpack in the hostel or locker. Thanks to the X-TRANSITION carrying system, you can always carry the backpack comfortably on the back. And with the two handles, you quickly loaded it onto the luggage strap at the airport.
