Leukomed® T plus by Leukoplast® – waterproof film dressing Leukomed T plus is a wafer-thin, waterproof film dressing with an absorbent dressing pad for professional care of exuding wounds. The user benefits from the patch’s waterproof properties and reduced risk of contamination. It is still breathable and therefore very comfortable to wear. The highly flexible film offers a very high level of comfort and also fits on joints and extremities like a second skin. The water-vapor-permeability of the film prevents moisture accumulation and reduces the risk of maceration. Thanks to its intuitive application system with a red stripe, it can be attached quickly and easily. The rounded corners prevent upward curling. By wearing Leukomed® T plus, patients can quickly resume their usual everyday activities such as showering or hydrotherapy. Leukomed T plus consists of an extra-thin polyurethane film, fully coated with a polyacrylate adhesive. The wound dressing consists of a viscose fleece coated with polypropylene.
