Description
The Maletics fitness journal begins with a goal setting page allowing you to set up to 11 goals, followed by 31 workout sheets allowing you to monitor 10 exercises and 2 cardio sessions per session. The journal is then followed by a progress page to see how far you have come from your previous sessions and will allow you to write down your fitness achievements so far. The fitness pages (31 sheets) and progress page (1 sheet) then repeat a further 2 times in the same fashion (with a different motivational quote on each progress page), with the final progress page allowing you to measure your progress from the beginning. The final 3 pages allow you to log up to 36 PR’s.
