Wash hair with a deep clarifying shampoo. Do not condition. Dry hair with a blow dryer. Apply Manic Panic Hair Color. Saturate hair and comb through. May become frothy. Cover hair with a plastic cap. Leave on for 30-45 minutes. Rinse out with cool water. Style as usual.
