Description
Straight Edge
A straight edge is a solid guide used for accurately marking, cutting and scoring straight lines. They are employed by decorators when cutting and hanging wallpaper, or for cutting and laying vinyl flooring. Other applications include woodworking, model making and all types of hobby and craft work. Their use also includes checking the straightness of work. Maun’s range of steel straight edges is available in both metric and Imperial lengths.

Maun’s Steel Straight Edge is a thing of beauty. It is exquisite to handle, with a pleasingly smooth finish. This tool is functional too. In metric units, this results in a variation of no more than 0.084 mm per metre. The 1700-01 Steel Straight Edge is 1000 mm long. It is 3.25 mm thick and 53 mm wide.
