Place in the freezer for about 30-60 minutes. Best in a clean and dry foil bag. The hot water bottle must not be washed. When washing, the cherry pits lose their low level of moisture and there is a risk of burns after heating. If soiled, the cotton can be wiped off with a damp cloth.
