Description
ECT CHOPPING BOARDS
The Taylor’s Eye Witness ‘Granite Effect’ range of Cutting Boards are made of high quality, high density polypropylene. The non-porous property of the plastic makes them resistant to odours from foods such as onions and garlic, as well as resisting staining from juices and liquids from foods such as beetroot, strawberries and red meat.
The polypropylene material makes for easy wiping and cleaning after use, as well as making the board dishwasher safe should more intense and thorough cleaning be required. Polypropylene, along with certain wooden chopping boards, are considered best for maintaining knife blades. The material is durable yet soft enough not to damage and blunt knife blades when cutting.
The three sizes of cutting area provides plenty of space and options to cut and prepare several ingredients at once, ideal for chopping ingredients for a stir-fry or a casserole or for handy use when making a quick lunch.
The board is also double-sided, allowing you to use both surfaces – one for vegetables and one for raw meat. Thinner and lighter than a typical wooden chopping board, it can be easily stored out of the way after use. Its light weight and recessed handle also makes it ideal for serving at a barbecue or picnic.
The Taylor’s Eye Witness chopping boards are available in a range of colours and sizes, allowing you to choose a set of boards to compliment your kitchen colour scheme.
Taylor’s Eye Witness was founded by John Taylor in the early part of the 19th century in Sheffield – the original city of steel. Established in 1838, they have over 175 years experience which has given them the edge when it comes to product development, continually designing and developing kitchenware products based on their customer’s needs. They have stood the test of time through an unrelenting dedication to quality, service and technical know-how in the design of knives and kitchenware.
