Mez Cotton is a three-ply, mercerised quality sewing thread made from the best natural cotton from sustainable sources and certified according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100. Mez Cotton is available in yarn thicknesses 30, 40, 50 and 80 and thus covers all main applications from home textiles to lingerie. In addition, it is offered in many different lengths and colour combinations, which allow the most varied sewing work. Made from 100% high quality Egyptian Giza cotton with extra long fibers, combed and mercerised for extra strength and brilliance. Mez Cotton is particularly suitable for the processing of natural cotton or linen fabric, which are little or not stretchy. It is also particularly popular for patchwork and quilting, as well as for general processing of fabrics with a low stretch content.
