OPAL ORIGIN

1. Avoid direct contact of Moisture, Perfume, deodorants, oils as Sterling Silver have tendency to tarnish when in direct contact with such elements or any such routine activity like Swimming, while taking bath, Rinsing Hands etc.

4. Ethiopian Welo Opal is a hydrophane variety. Whenever these opals are soaked in water or overexposed to moisture, they ‘lose’ their fire, to retain the fire back the opal needs to be put under incandescent yellow light overnight.
