The NiSi PRO Nano CPL True Color Polarising Filter is a circular polarising filter with the most neutral colours on the market. It reduces, or eliminates, the warm cast found with other brands of polarizing filters. It reproduces a scene with more faithful and natural colours by eliminating unwanted reflections. The CPL True Color features a unique two-colour construction made of high-quality aluminium. It uses Cine Sealing technology, which reduces the influence of temperature fluctuations and prevents internal condensation. Our unique Nano Coating helps reduce unwanted reflections and provides a waterproof and scratch-resistant layer to help clean unwanted fingerprints, dust and smudges. This filter is made of high quality optical glass with a patented NiSi multi-layer Nano Coating. Sunlight becomes partially polarised due to the reflection of electrons in air molecules. This causes the light to scatter into what appears as a veil. A polarising filter reduces this light by polarising it in the direction perpendicular to the reflected light, thus allowing much of this light to be absorbed. The result is a significant reduction of reflections in general as well as reflections from non-metallic surfaces and an increase in the saturation of the sky and leaves. The aluminium design of this filter is lightweight, durable, anti-corrosive, heat resistant and performs well at very low temperatures.
