This figure depicts a Mandrel as they appear in the 1979 Fourth Doctor adventure ‘Nightmare of Eden’, covered in red scales and dark fur, with glowing green eyes and a fanlike mouth from which several vines hang. Their legs flared out with frill like hairs, and their long arms ended in clawed hands.
