Description
The Olivia Garden EcoHair Combo Series Boar Brushes are made with bamboo which is stronger, lighter and more durable than wood. It has superior styling results and is ideal for straightening hair. It achieves a smooth shiny finish. It is anti-static, lightweight, anti-bacterial and is perfect for every hair type. The brushing technique: Choose a large round brush and wrap the hair from the root to the tip, directing the air flow in the same direction as brushing. Choose a hair dryer with a nozzle that you place perpendicular to the brush and direct towards the wick so that the air penetrates the hair well. Then slide the brush down while continuing to dry. The dryer must be 5 cm from the brush and not glued to the hair to avoid burning it. Avoid brushing on dry hair, as this weakens them. Do it always after shampooing, on wet but well-drained hair, after rinsing it with cold water to close the scales. Cleaning advice: Cleaning your brush allows you to get rid of impurities that collect over time. It is important to clean your brush regularly, it is best to clean it after each use. In our Olivia Garden range, we have developed a “brush cleaner” that will help you to maintain your brushes and remove any remaining hair on the brush. For a more thorough cleaning: use soap by emulsifying with water, then rinse it thoroughly and dry your brush. Brushes made of animal hair are very famous, especially those made of boar hair, which have the advantage of not electrifying the hair and making it shiny. Its hairs are both soft and firm. They penetrate the hair to untangle and brush, but gently. Wild boar hair contains keratin, just like our hair. They therefore absorb dirt and excess fat from the hair, which facilitates the hydration of lengths due to the spreading of the sebum often retained at the root.
