Description
The Souverän Strresemann is dedicated to the outer minister of the Weimar Republic, Gustav stresemann (1878 – 1929). In addition to his political career, Gustav Strresemann’s clothing style also ignored his popularity. The classic Strresemann suit consists of a striped black/grey trousers and a single-breasted jacket in black or anthracite. The resemblance to Souverän led Pelikan to name the writing instrument according to Gustav stresemann. In addition to the sizes 405 and 805 in the popular colour combination black/anthracite, Pelikan now offers this Souverän in the size 605. The shaft with its subtle stripes in anthracite is made in a process of cellulose acetate. The black components are made from high-quality high-grade resin. The clip and the decorative rings are finished with palladium and the nib is made from 14kt gold which has been completely rhodium-plated to give a silver look. The writing instruments are delivered in a space-saving folding box.
