RAYHER quilling fringer for creative paper quilling, Multi-colour, 1.2 x 1.25 x 0.48 cm: For cutting wafer-fine paper fringes, suitable for paper strips of 6-9 mm. The result is small flower heads, borders, embellishments for gift packaging invitation cards scrapbooking. Use the enclosed transparent threading aid (alternatively with a tweezer/quilling pen) to push strips of paper through the quilling fringer device all the way to the front.
