Reishi mushrooms have a magical value. In China they are considered as a symbol for long life and lucky charm. It is also called “herb with spiritual power”, “ten thousand years mushroom” or vital mushroom. The Chinese name is Ling Zhi, which means “spirit plant” or “divine mushroom of immortality”. Our Reishi powder comes from controlled organic cultivation. The dried mushrooms are gently ground. Since it is a natural product, the powder can be brown or white. Free of any additives and therefore easily digestible. Suitable for vegans and all those who are looking after a balanced, relaxed lifestyle.
Recommended consumption: As tea or powder. For 1 cup of tea take 1 heaped teaspoon of Reishi powder and pour boiling water over it. Cover the cup and let it brew for about 15 minutes. Alternatively sprinkle powder in smoothie, shake or over food. We recommend taking approx. 3g per day.
