All you need to practice energy smudging using sacred Californian white sage. The kit includes a smudge stick, approximately 6 inch’s or 15cm long. We source our smudges from California where the sage is grown sustainably on private land. The abalone shells vary in size because they are a natural product, with the sizes ranging from 4.5 to 5.5 inches or 11 to 14cm at the widest point of the shell. They come from farmed Abalone and are not collected from the wild meaning no natural habitats are damaged by their use. A Guinea Fowl feather is included for fanning the smoke, and finally a wooden tripod stand is included to rest the shell on. Use these kits for cleansing energy from spaces, and to prepare for meditation and mindfulness practice.
