Included is a custom-cut lid, perfectly suited for the Anova Nano Sous Vide Cooker, and most other sous vide cookers, so you can turn this container into a stirred Sous Vide Water Bath. Our Sous Vide containers are made from polycarbonate, making them virtually unbreakable. Our Sous Vide container is capable of withstanding temperatures of -40°C to +100°C, whilst always remaining cool to the touch. The sous vide container is BPA-free, dishwasher safe, and non-stick — everything you could want from a cooking vessel!
