The sides of the springform pan can be lifted away from the base so that there’s no hassle as you remove your cake. This cake tin has a non-stick coating to ensure that your bakes stay in one perfect piece and makes it extremely easy to clean after use. Before first use wash thoroughly with hot water and mild detergent. Rinse with clean water and dry, then grease the mould.
