Description
Our high quality and rust-proof turnbuckles feature an open clamping sleeve when the clamping body is closed and two sturdy hooks with metric thread. Due to the production of the turnbuckle made of V4A stainless steel, it does not need to be hot-dip galvanised. Because a turnbuckle is usually galvanised when inferior non-stainless steel is used. As our A4 turnbuckles with two hooks made of stainless steel from our German brand Niroxal are already made of high-quality and durable stainless steel, this is of course not necessary.
Turnbuckles are usually used to tension a rope or wire. Tensioning is possible without any problems, because the tensile tension can be increased or reduced at any time by the tension screws. So you always achieve a perfect result on your individual project.
Especially slightly thicker wire ropes, you cannot pull tight enough without a turnbuckle. Because thicker ropes also offer higher stability, but also a higher weight and poor flexibility. The right turnbuckle can apply the necessary tensile forces.
Our turnbuckles with two hooks in open design in the closed clamping body comply with DIN 1478 and 1480.
Thanks to the rust-proof properties, our turnbuckle can also be used in the shipping or in the food industry.
