In 2002, British multi-instrumentalist Pete Morten launched his band MY SOLILOQUY. Various demos followed, the band sheared fans around them, also thanks to the gigs in the pre-program of Pagan’s Mind, Power Quest as well as Oliver And Rick Wakeman. In 2007, Pete Morten then joined Threshold, the UK prog metal legend ever. Even though Threshold is a full-time job, Pete continued to work on his band’s debut – used contacts, created anticipation.
The essence of MY SOLILOQUY is metal, forward, at the same time thoughtful – symphonic keyboards, funky guitars, powerful vocals. Complexity meets melody – as well as with Threshold.
