The Dynair Pro combines an air-filled ball cushion with a stable plate. Therefore one Dynair Pro gives you a variaty of training optinions, which would otherwise require two seperate training tools. Use both sides for balance training, coordination exercises, to strenghten your ankle joints or to improve your sensorimotor functions. Made of skid proof material, it provides extra safety for your training on slippery gym floors. The Dynair Pro can be employed in physiotherapy as well as fitness and sports. When using more than one device, you can align them as a pair or in a row in order to practice for a particular sport (e.g. tennis, golf, skiing, soccer, rugby).
