The Trend range of rota-tip cutters are highly economical for use in production applications and the blades, which are manufactured from a harder grade of tungsten carbide than conventional tooling, are rotated to expose a new cutting edge ensuring the diameter of the tool remains constant. The Trend RT11M12 blade can be replaced quickly and easily when all edges become chipped or dull and as they are fixed directly onto the tool bodies using torx screws they may be replaced without removing the cutter from the router.
