Firstly, please check the dip tube is inserted fully into the pump head to create an airtight seal. Attach the pump to the bottle very securely and then twist the top anti-clockwise to release the spring. Then repeatedly pump the top until the liquid is dispensed. It may need a number of pumps initially to prime the pump. We recommend that you clean pumps occasionally to prevent the build up of residue which may impact functionality.
