Locktight Threadlock:
WAN2TLK lock tight thread lock, also known as screw fasteners or anaerobic adhesive, provides a strong and consistent lock that keeps everything firmly in place. No more worrying about tangled threads and unstable nuts or bolts.
Thread locker high strength is suitable for bolts below M36, meeting the needs of most bolts in daily life, and has a heat resistance of 150℃, enhancing its widespread and reliable application.
WHY IS THE BOTTLE NOT FULL?
Threadlockers are anaerobic, and anaerobic sealants are single-component adhesives that remain liquid when exposed to air, requiring air to remain liquid and prevent solidification and hardening.
Use Steps:
1.Keep the surface clean
2.Apply a sufficient amount of threadlocker agent at the end of the screw
3.After applying the thread lock blue agent, tighten the nut to the locking agent position in 3 minutes by adjusting the angle, no further adjustments after curing
4.Wait for 20 minutes for the initial curing, and 24 hours after the complete curing, which prevents loosening and rust and corrosion
Attention:
1. Do not mix with metal, oil and dirt
2. Pipe threads above Dn65 must be coated with adhesive on both sides, otherwise joint leakage may occur
Do not pour the unused glue back to avoid contamination;
