This is known as the Chinese LX Flow type Heater. It comes in two guises the 2Kw version – H20-RS1 and the 3Kw version H30-RS1.
This heater is nicely compact in size & comes complete with an auto hi-limit safety shut off and an adjustable thermostat allowing you to set your desired temperature without the worry of the water overheating. Simple and easy to install it is a very good seller

This is for reference only but typically they are installed in-line on the pump suction pipe and then wired in conjunction with your pump. This means it heats up to temperature when the pump is running and switches of when a pre-set temperature is reached.
