FAQ about the wig:
Q1. Why is my bang wig not as pictured?
A1: All the pictures are based on actual wigs. But because of packing and transportation, you need to take care of the wigs after you receive them.
Q2. Does it shed and tangle?
A2: The synthetic wigs are happened to minimum shedding and tangling when you comb it, which is normal. Because your scalp produces natural oils that keep your hair from drying out and getting caught in itself, and of course wigs do not do that.
Q3. Is the wig cap size too big or small, don’t feel comfortable?
A3: There are two adjustment straps at two sides of the wig, which average fit 20-22 inches head circumference. If the wigs make your head look big, we suggest you check again the way you wear;
Q4: Can I style the wig with heat or dye?
A4: Heat resistant wig can be heated up to 160℃/320℉, too high-temperature would damage the synthetic hair. The colourful wigs can be dyed, but we do not recommend it. Because Wigs don’t have scales to lock in colour for a long time, so they fade quickly.
Note
Never comb a wet wig or attempt to speed dry it with a blow dryer when you try to clean it. Because it would get tangled or shed.
Care Tips
To prevent the tangle, you can get a spray bottle and put some conditioner in it, then fill it up with water. Spray it in the wig. It will make the wig’s hair not very dry.
