1 foil balloons are self sealing and can be inflated with helium or air.
2 can use a balloon pump or use a straw to blow them up with air.
If you want them to float in the air,you have to fill in with helium, not suitable for 5inch and 10inch balloons, it can’t float even helium in it.
3g a straw to let air or helium out keep them well to use next time.
