When designing the Spoon we reduced plastic by up to 50% in the handle and replaced it with wheat straw material. The mixing spoon is angled to reach all corners of your pan. The durable nylon head is heat resistant up to: 200°/ 392°F; and the wheat straw handle up to 80°C / 180°F.
