When designing the Spoon we reduced plastic by up to 50% in the handle and replaced it with wheat straw material. The medium cooking spoon is shaped to make mixing and serving food easier. The durable nylon head is heat resistant up to: 200°/ 392°F; and the wheat straw handle up to 80°C / 180°F.
