When designing the Whisk we reduced plastic by up to 50% in the handle and replaced it with wheat straw material. The whisk's flat head is ideal for mixing sauces batter roux and gravy. The durable silicone head is heat resistant up to: 240°/ 464°F; and the wheat straw handle up to 80°C / 180°F.
