Description
The fingerboard is designed for maximum flexibility and variety of exercises. Ten different grip options and the free choice of the place of use offer you the opportunity to design the training according to your needs and ideas. The fingerboard is compact, very light and can be easily stored in any climbing bag. Thanks to the “180°” rotation function, you can switch between small handles for finger strength training and large grip types for warm-up. All four board sides are used for gripping and offer a variety of variation and uses, e.g. body tension exercises and blocking strength training. The “180°” is handmade in a local carpenter’s workshop and made from light Yellow Poplar wood. Its surface is sealed by a varnish and protects the wood from dirt and moisture. For a good grip, all edges are rounded with a 7 mm radius. A 6 mm cord with a max. Pulling force of 400 kg, two tilt guards made of 2 mm stainless steel and a protective hose for sharp suspension points ensure the necessary safety. The cable guide is placed on the board so that the handle strips hang horizontally under body load. In order to keep the risk of injury as low as possible, the board must only be used with fall protection mats below and up to max. 120 kg body weight. Grip options for warm-up: round wood with 60 mm radius and 440 mm length / two 30 mm deep side handles / one 32 mm deep handle strip in the middle / grip options for finger strength training: sloper slanted with 18° and 440 mm length / two 20 mm deep handles on the side / one 22 mm deep handle strip in the middle / two finger holes for middle and index and middle inger 30/2 5 mm depth / two finger holes for middle and ring finger 30/25 mm depth / technical data: outer dimensions: 440 x 65 x 60 mm (L x H x D).
