Where are you based?

We are international company and use a number of international distribution centres and partners to fulfil orders. The majority of orders to the USA will ship via UPS, USPS or DHL with a tracking number originating from Europe or North America. Please get in touch prior to sending any returns, returns without approval will not be accepted.

Delivery and Returns

How can I track my order?

Your order confirmation and follow up emails with inform your of tracking details. Altenatively you may log in to your account to monitor the progress of your order.

Do you offer pickup?

No, we are currently an online only store and do not currently offer any pick up service.

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 14 day returns from date of delivery policy for all our products, providing the item is returned in resale condition. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 20% or greater in cases of a ‘change of mind’ if the item is not in resale condition.
The buyer will be responsible for return postage for ‘change of mind’ returns. For defective items we will provide a full refund and a label will be provided for prepaid return.
