No, we are currently an online only store and do not currently offer any pick up service.
We offer a 14 day returns from date of delivery policy for all our products, providing the item is returned in resale condition. We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 20% or greater in cases of a ‘change of mind’ if the item is not in resale condition.
The buyer will be responsible for return postage for ‘change of mind’ returns. For defective items we will provide a full refund and a label will be provided for prepaid return.
