Wella Professionals Color Touch 1.9% Emulsion, 2 x 60 ml, 60 ml (Pack of 2): Always mix Color Touch Baseline with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%. Mix in a ratio of 1:2, e.g. 30 g cream + 60 g emulsion. Only Color Touch Instamatic is mixed in the ratio of 1:1. Wear suitable gloves. Apply the paint with the paint tray and brush.
