1 x 25ml A70 Studlock Anaerobic AdhesiveFix or seal plugs, through bolts etc. with studlocker!A high strength, anaerobic adhesive for the permanent retention & sealing of threaded fasteners, sleeves & bearings. It is resistant to fuels, oils, hydraulic & refrigeration fluids be used for fixing & sealing of plugs, through bolts & studs into castings, etc. It eliminates split pins, double nutting & spot welds & is vibration proof. Studlock also acts as a lubricant during assembly to ensure accurate torquing & protection against corrosion. Studlock improves throughput & efficiency. Best results are obtained on clean or virgin partsctions:-Apply sufficient threadlock at final fixing position to compensate for tolerances. Assemble normally, locking commences after assembly. Handling strength in less than 15 minutes; operational strength develops in 6-12 hours, cures after 24 hours. Tip:Apply a bead onto the thread (use the end of the nozzle to spread the blob round the thread) create an even covering by turning the bolt, nut etc. Excess can be wiped off with a cloth or paper toweling Time:Assuming room temperature is 20°Cling: Operational strength: 6 – 12 hoursFully cured: 24 hoursLimitations:-Oily or greasy surfaces should not be bonded with studlock. It’s designed for metal to metal bonding. Users should satisfy themselves as to the products efficacy when used in conjunction with engineering rubbers and plastics.
