Quantum II Non-Stick coating
All of Master Class’s carbon steel bakeware features the state-of-the-art Quantum II non-stick coating, which releases food quickly, easily and without damaging it. Quantum II is secured with a sandblasting process and is reinforced with ceramic materials for added durability.
The silicone-based Quantum II coating is 100 per cent BPA, PTFE and PFOA-free and is designed to outperform all conventional non-sticks.
Nesting baking trays for versatile combination cooking
You can use this tray either individually or as part of a nesting set. It can be combined with the smaller 24 cm (KCMCHB54) and 16.5 cm (KCMCHB53) trays, also available from the award-winning* Master Class bakeware collection. Nested together, these trays allow you to cook multiple ingredients or meals at one time.
