Samarium cobalt magnets are some of the toughest magnets in our range. They can maintain their performance in incredibly high temperatures up to 300℃ and also have superior resistance to corrosion, even when they are uncoated making them ideal for use outside or in applications where they will come into direct contact with water. Samarium cobalt magnets are commonly used in manufacturing, motor engineering generators and marine applications. Because they are part of the rare-earth family they are also impressively strong for their size.
