- A trade two piece hinge jig with adjustable apertures to recess hinges in doors and frames with a portable router. Jig is constructed from 12mm phenolic plastic material.
- Two part jig with adjustable apertures for different hinge lenghts, Quick and easy to set-up as the hinge is used as the pattern. Clean and accurate recesses are achieved every time.
- The jig ensures increased productivity when fitting new doors into new frames or linings and is designed for all types including rebates and stops up to 11mm thick, covering domestic, commercial applications as a one stop solution.
- Hinges from 50mm to 127mm long with leaf widths from 9.5mm to 35mm can be used with the jig making it very adaptable across a range of applications.
- With four hinge positions available, the jig can be used on doors with a traditional two hinge and three hinge layout and can be used for internal and external doors as well as heavy fire doors and doors in high traffic areas where a secondary top hinge is required.
