Description
You present to the public a rope of 90cm of length and 15mm of diameter. It seems quite normal and besides you wind it around your hand to prove it. You catch it at both ends and stretch it horizontally. You begin an incantation ritual until the rope is spellbound. Here you release one end: the rope is held only by one end and yet it holds to the horizontal, rigid. You even lay a scarf on it and the rope is still straight. Of course, a clapping of fingers and the string becomes supple again.
