These pinches are a part of our system training set. They are not textured on the front side to keep your hand pads from getting torn up while training. As a stand alone hold, this positive jug makes a great beginner jug, side pull, or under cling. As a part of a System Training Set, it runs up the center and is the basis for what you move off of for training other grip positions.
