These Oblong Baking Trays are British made using Teflon Non Stick. One of the great things about them is you can fit two side by side in a standard width oven (50cm), they are really good for everyday oven cooking and baking and are also the right size for Swiss Rolls, Tray Bakes etc, the 2.5cm (1 inch) depth is also generous for a tray and the wide lips make handling easier, these trays are sturdy and substantial and great for frequent use. Baking Grade Gauge Steel with rolled edges to reduce flop, (but not so thick it can insulate the food or prevent crisping). Size: External – 31cm x 20.5cm x 2.5cm. Internal – 28.5cm x 18cm x 2.5cm.
