Description
Operators of commercial vehicles should check the condition of the vehicle every day prior to use and report any problems identified. The vehicle should be fit for purpose and comply with all legal requirements. Any defects identified should be reported and rectified.
Our commercial vehicle defect book features a simple check list form together with a visual diagram to mark any problems or issues. Produced in duplicate form the top copy is removed and the bottom copy is retained inside the book.
This book is suitable for all vans up to 3,500 kg. For minibuses please refer to our minibus defect/check list book.
Key Features:
It is recommended each book is retained for fifteen months following completion. The inside front cover allows the operator to include the start and finish date of the book together with the name of the organisation.
The book is printed using NCR (no carbon required) to give clean and consistent copies. Each book contains 50 duplicate sets.
