Amazy Proofing Basket The Amazy Proofing Basket is made of 100% Rattan to promote the natural bread forming process. The banneton bread basket follows the traditional handmade vietnamese bread making process. Rattan material has been used in making bread baskets for over 100 years. The proving basket stores heat, and absorbs the resulting moisture to optimize the fermentation process. This allows a savory crust to form just like from the bakery! When the bread is ready to eat, the Amazy Proofing Basket is perfect for serving. The baskets come in Large (L) and Extra Large (XL), as well as in circular and ovular shapes.
