Injection Moulded Black Handles with ball bearing ends for a smoother skip and a 10mm White PVC cord. You can still skip at a good speed, giving you a cardio workout but because of the extra weight of the rope and handles it gives you an extra workout of the shoulders and arms, compared to a normal rope. Great for switching rounds with a speed rope to help develop power and speed. Adjustable for a bespoke length of 10ft and under. New longer length rope for taller skippers up to 6ft 6″, with the easily adjustable rope you no longer have to buy a 7ft, 8ft, 9ft or 10ft rope depending on your height, you can get a bespoke length with this one rope. Ideal for clubs and gyms.
