SuperFly is the ultimate insect repellent – it not only creates a protective shield from biting bugs, but it also cares for the skin. Successfully trialled by our customer panel in 2021 on a range of insects including New Forest crab flies (legendary for their ability to land, crawl and avoid extermination), it’s the most sophisticated repellent we’ve ever made. It’s available in both a spray and a gel format. This gel version of SuperFly is ideal for sensitive areas that are tricky to spray. It includes the following ingredients: Icaridin – a proven powerful broad-spectrum human-grade repellent that will successfully repel most biting bugs for 8+ hours at this concentration (20%); Lavandin – an essential oil that itself has repellent properties, but is also known for its ability to soothe and calm the skin. It’s naturally antiseptic and is thought to accelerate the skin’s healing process, reducing the appearance of marks and scars. It’s also frequently used to relieve cramps, stiffness and pain in muscles, as well as respiratory and blood circulation issues. Suitable and safe for human application: use liberally without fear of a mouthful of toxic chemicals or a headache. During customer trials, the spray and gel were particularly effective at repelling crab flies when used together.
