Bruafsir How To Use A Bag
Step 1: Fill the bag with the desired amount of ice square, leaving 2 inches unfilled near the opening.
: Before you begin to crush, roll up the top of the bag to keep ice securely situated inside.
Step 3: With the mallet ( or wooden muddler, rolling pin, something heavy also OK) beat the outside of the bag to begin to smash the ice.
Step 4: Transfer the crushed ice With an ice scoop to your glass and begin to make your cocktail.
