The 316 Asian Knife Sharpener is unique in that it is designed to sharpen Asian Knives with a 15 Deg blade angle. It will work effectively on double edged knives eg Santoku, single edged knives eg Sashimi and thicker balded knives eg Deba. The advanced spring precision angle guides ensure the perfect sharpening of all Asian knives. 100% diamond abrasive throughout guarantees against the detempering (softening) of blades as no heat is generated and prevents burring.

I received this watch as a gift from a fellow Watch collector, usually high-end Swiss Chronographs. I can assure you this watch will not disappoint You in any way.
