Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) Risk Assessment Form is ideal for any business which needs to identify and monitor any hazards. Sized A4 which is 210mm x 297mm and duplicate sets so you can write on the top white sheet which will automatically transfer through to the copy underneath. Easy to use as the top copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (long edge) for a traditional finish. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield.
