Cherry Printers No Carbon Required (NCR) School Accident Report Duplicate books are ideal for all your first aid, safety & record keeping requirements. At a handy size of 210mm x 99mm. Easy to use as the top copy is perforated for easy removal whilst the bottom copy remains in the book. It is stitched and bound with tape on the left hand edge (short edge) for a traditional finish. With plenty of space and information to give a very detailed account of the accident / illness. All books come as 50 sets with a loose leaf writing shield (may be at back of book).
