18″ hanging basket liner, well actually the liner is 28.5 inches, so it will nicely fit an 18″ diameter basket. It’s made of 5mm thick felted jute made from recycled coffee sacks (the same stuff as we use for our popular mulch mats). Get creative and make your own gorgeous hanging baskets!
