Ingredients: rice, chopped tomatoes (tomato, tomato juice, citric acid (acidity regulator)), onions, red kidney beans, minced beef (8.1%), tomato puree, vegetable oil (rapeseed), sugar, garlic, chilli powder, rosemary. Preparation: remove the oxygen absorber (Sachet) from inside the pouch, then follow the instructions on the reverse of the food bag. Add boiling water to just above internal fill line 5 (410ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate. Remarks: cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer the oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.
